Syneos Health is seeking a Senior Site Contracts Manager for a sponsor-dedicated program, primarily remote in the US. The role focuses on budgeting, negotiating with major academic sites, and delivering compliant clinical trial agreements across oncology-related studies.

You'll lead multiple contracting projects, manage timelines, and collaborate with internal teams to minimize risk while ensuring operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 4+ years building budgets and contracts from templates.
• Direct experience negotiating with large academic institutions.
• Ability to juggle priorities, lead projects, and deliver results under tight timelines.
• Strong understanding of clinical study protocols, timelines, and site-related milestones (e.g., SIV).
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Budgeting & Template Development: Build US site budget templates and study-specific language for Pharma & Vaccine trials; refine templates for consistency and compliance.
• Contract Negotiation & Risk Management: Lead negotiations with academic institutions; draft/finalize CTAs balancing business and protections; perform due diligence when offers are declined; determine when escalation is needed.
• Project Leadership & Delivery: Lead multiple contracting projects across therapeutic areas, prioritizing timelines; proactively identify risks and delays impacting CTA execution.
• Tools, Systems & Communication: Demonstrate proficiency in Excel and CTMS; communicate clearly; keep trackers updated.
• Compliance, Collaboration & Continuous Improvement: Maintain knowledge of GCP and sponsor processes; train teammates; contribute to process improvements; handle adhoc tasks.
