• Strong understanding of clinical study protocols, timelines, and site-related milestones (e.g., SIV).
• Bachelor's degree

Responsibilities

• Build US site budget templates and study-specific budget language for Pharma & Vaccine clinical trials.
• Lead direct negotiations with large academic institutions and other critical stakeholders.
• Draft and finalize clinical trial agreements with balanced business and legal protections.
• Conduct due diligence checks (FMV, site justification) when initial offers are declined.
• Prioritize and lead multiple contracting projects across several therapeutic areas, with oncology experience preferred.
