Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Senior Site Contracts Manager for sponsor-dedicated programs, remotely based in the US. You will develop budgets, negotiate CTAs with major institutions, and manage project delivery while mitigating risk across oncology studies.

Collaborate with internal teams, external stakeholders, and academic partners to ensure compliant, timely contracts and efficient operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years building budgets and contracts from templates.
• Direct experience negotiating with large academic institutions.
• Ability to juggle priorities, lead projects, and deliver results under tight timelines.
• Strong understanding of clinical study protocols, timelines, and siterelated milestones (e.g., SIV).
• Experience with pharma, CRO, or investigative sites.
• Oncology therapeutic area experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Budgeting & Template Development: Build US site budget templates and study-specific language for Pharma & Vaccine trials.
• Contract Negotiation & Risk Management: Lead direct negotiations with large academic institutions and other stakeholders; draft and finalize CTAs balancing business objectives with protections.
• Project Leadership & Delivery: Prioritize and lead multiple contracting projects across therapeutic areas; elevate risks and timeline impacts.
• Tools, Systems & Communication: Demonstrate proficiency in Excel and CTMS; maintain updates in trackers and databases.
• Compliance, Collaboration & Continuous Improvement: Deepen knowledge of GCP, sponsor processes, SOPs; build relationships; support training and process improvements.
• Take on ad hoc tasks and diverse projects with a solutions-oriented mindset.
