Job summary

Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking a Senior Site Contracts Manager (Sponsor Dedicated / Remote - US Based) to develop and manage US site budgets and clinical trial agreements for sponsor-dedicated studies.

You will lead negotiations with major academic institutions, craft robust contracts, and drive risk management while coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely CTA execution and compliance.

Qualifications

• 4+ years building budgets and contracts from templates.
• Direct experience negotiating with large academic institutions.
• Ability to juggle priorities, lead projects, and deliver results under tight timelines.
• Strong understanding of clinical study protocols, timelines, and site-related milestones (e.g., SIV).
• Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Budgeting & template development for US site budgets and language.
• Lead negotiations with academic institutions and other stakeholders; draft CTAs.
• Manage multiple contracting projects across therapeutic areas; oncology experience preferred.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Excel and CTMS; maintain trackers and databases.
• Support process improvements and train team members as needed.
