Job summary

Stryker Corporation is seeking an Upper Extremities Sales Associate to partner with Sales Representatives to learn the medical device industry and grow the Upper Extremities business in the assigned territory. After training, you will tailor the promotional message, cover cases, promote products, attend surgeries to ensure product availability, and educate doctors, nurses, and staff on use and maintenance.

The role offers remote-friendly work options with up to 40% travel and a pathway to build

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree OR Associate’s degree or Medical Certification (i.e. CST, PT, CPT, etc.) + at least 2 years of professional and/or related experience
• High School Diploma + at least 4 years of professional and/or related experience
• 4+ years of active duty military service

Responsibilities

• Learn the medical device industry and the Upper Extremities business; partner with Sales Representatives to grow the business in the assigned territory
• Cover cases in the territory, market and promote products in assigned accounts; build sets and manage inventory
• Attend surgeries to ensure products are available and instruct surgeons on product use and functionality
• Educate doctors, nurses, and staff on proper use, maintenance, and updates of Stryker products
• Identify sales opportunities with the Sales Representatives and deliver excellent customer service to develop relationships
• Tailor promotional messages based on customer knowledge after extensive product training and respond to product questions

Education

Bachelor’s Degree OR Associate’s degree or Medical Certification

4+ years of active duty military service
