Job summary

Stryker's Upper Extremities Sales Associate position in Providence, RI partners with Sales Representatives to learn the medical device industry and drive growth in the territory, including case coverage, marketing, inventory, and building customer relationships.

You will attend surgeries to ensure product availability, educate clinicians on use and updates, and tailor messaging to customer needs after training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with related experience
• Associate’s Degree or Medical Certification with 2+ years related experience
• High School Diploma with 4+ years related experience
• 4+ years of active duty military service

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales Representatives to learn the Upper Extremities market.
• Attend surgeries to ensure product availability and guide surgeons.
• Educate doctors and staff on product use and updates.
• Support sales calls, inventory management and PO processing.
