Job summary

Korn Ferry is seeking an experienced University Recruiter for a remote, contract position. You will manage high-volume, full-cycle recruitment processes with a focus on university programs and campus initiatives.

You will partner with hiring managers to source, screen, and present candidates, employing multi-channel sourcing and competency-based interviewing. The role requires travel during peak recruiting season and strong process discipline.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full cycle recruitment experience, including university recruitment
• 3+ years of client-facing experience interacting with Hiring Managers throughout the recruitment process
• 3+ years of Applicant Tracking System experience (high volume recruiting)
• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
• Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma required may be acceptable for some candidates

Responsibilities

• Create and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies to source candidates for current and future requirements
• Manage client relationships with timely, professional, and responsive communications
• Identify and communicate opportunities for process improvements
• Conduct role briefings with clients and set expectations for recruitment process
• Execute the agreed client recruitment process for delivery
• Use competency interviewing to differentiate candidates in presentation and short-listing
• Maintain candidate relationship management throughout the process
• Clearly communicate position opportunities and client value proposition
