Tokio Marine HCC – A&H Group is seeking an Underwriting Support III for a remote USA role. You will review annual policy information for crop insurance, ensure compliance, and support underwriters by preparing quotations and answering broker inquiries.

Qualifications

• Two years of relevant progressive professional experience.
• Experience in agriculture or crop insurance preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent education/experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication with confidentiality and diplomacy.

Responsibilities

• Review policy information for crop insurance coverage and proper rating.
• Respond to inquiries from brokers within designated timeframe.
• Verify rates using RMA and ProAg quoting tools.
• Develop information for new or renewal policies.
• Prepare quotations for agents and answer questions from agents/policyholders.
• Comply with underwriting authority directives and policies.
• Request additional documentation as needed for processing.
• Approve/deny within authority or recommend actions to higher authority.
• Review requests for cancellations/endorsements.
• Analyze FCIC-related information and resolve items.
• Interpret FCIC documents and revise acreage reports.
• Respond to inquiries from RMA/RSOs.
• Ensure compliance with deadlines (SCDs, ARDs, PRDs, cutoffs).
• Cultivate internal/external relationships to facilitate underwriting and business development.
• Serve as a resource on underwriting procedures.
• Develop understanding of factors affecting policy rating and risk.
• Assist with data entry; attend training sessions.
