Job summary

AgriSompo North America, Inc. seeks an experienced Crop Insurance Senior Underwriter to join our Southeast team in a fully remote capacity across MS, KY, GA, TN, SC, or NC. You will review policies, verify acreage/production data, and support agent inquiries while ensuring compliance with MPCI and FCIC guidelines.

The role requires 5+ years in crop insurance, strong underwriting knowledge, and a customer‑facing mindset. We offer competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience in crop insurance.
• 5+ years related experience preferred.
• Knowledge of MPCI program and underwriting rules.
• Ability to interpret FCIC policies and guidelines.
• Proficient in processing policy information and reports.

Responsibilities

• Obtain policy from agents and verify acreage/production reports.
• Review renewals and applications for compliance with RMA guidelines.
• Teach agents to use the system and assist with PASS errors.
• Process RMA exceptions and data entry for policy records.
• Train other Underwriting team members and support customer service.
