Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group is seeking a UKG Analyst to support UKG Pro Workforce Management in a fully remote, 6-month+ contract role. The analyst will monitor issues, support sustainment, assist with testing and documentation, manage access requests, and help ensure UKG integration stability.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting UKG Pro WFM and related components.
• Knowledge of Time & Attendance and Scheduling in UKG.
• Understanding of HCM and FCM processes.
• Experience monitoring, identifying, and reporting application issues.
• Experience with ServiceNow ticket and incident management.
• Experience creating and maintaining knowledge base documentation.
• Familiarity with UKG integrations and sustainment activities.
• Experience supporting user access requests through identity tools like SailPoint.
• Ability to assist with testing, validation, and change documentation.
• Knowledge of Advanced Scheduling, Absence Management, and related UKG features.
• Familiarity with Hyperfinds, Dataviews, Notifications, and CRT functionality.
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and report UKG Pro WFM issues and performance.
• Support application sustainment activities and testing/documentation.
• Assist with testing, validation, and change documentation.
• Help manage access requests and identity management tasks.
• Contribute to ensuring stability of UKG integrations and related systems.
