Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking a UKG Analyst to support UKG Pro Workforce Management in a fully remote, 6-month+ contract role. The analyst will monitor and report issues, assist with testing and documentation, and manage access requests while coordinating with senior team members for complex resolutions.

Candidates should have experience supporting UKG Pro WFM, knowledge of Time & Attendance and Scheduling, and familiarity with ServiceNow ticketing.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting UKG Pro Workforce Management (UKG Pro WFM).
• Knowledge of Time & Attendance and Scheduling functionality.
• Experience monitoring, identifying, and reporting application issues.
• ServiceNow ticket and incident management experience.
• Familiarity with UKG integrations and application sustainment activities.
• Ability to assist with testing, validation, and change documentation.
