Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC seeks a UKG Analyst to support UKG Pro WFM in a fully remote, 6-month+ contract. You will assist with maintenance, administration and monitoring of UKG integrations. Qualifications

Experience supporting UKG Pro WFM.
Knowledge of Time & Attendance and Scheduling.
Understanding of HCM and FCM processes.
ServiceNow ticket and incident management experience.
Experience creating and maintaining knowledge base documentation.
Familiarity with UKG integrations and sustainment activities.
Ability to assist testing and change documentation.

Responsibilities

Monitor and report UKG-related issues.
