Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking a UKG Analyst for a fully remote, 6-month+ contract to support UKG Pro Workforce Management. You will monitor issues, assist in sustainment, testing, and documentation, and manage access requests while coordinating with senior team members for advanced troubleshooting.

The role requires experience with UKG Pro WFM, Time & Attendance, Scheduling, HCM/FCM processes, and ServiceNow ticket handling.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting UKG Pro WFM environments.
• Knowledge of Time & Attendance and Scheduling functionality.
• Understanding of HR and payroll processes (HCM/FCM).
• Experience monitoring, identifying, and reporting application issues.
• ServiceNow ticket/incident management experience.
• Experience creating and maintaining knowledge base documentation.
• Familiarity with UKG integrations and sustainment activities.
• Testing, validation and change documentation support.
• Access requests via SailPoint or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and report UKG Pro WFM issues and raise tickets.
• Support application sustainment activities and testing.
• Assist with documentation and change management tasks.
• Manage user access requests and collaborate with identity tools.
• Help ensure stability of UKG integrations and on-call rotation.
