Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC seeks a UKG Analyst to maintain and administer UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM) on a fully remote, 6-month+ contract. You will monitor issues, support sustainment, assist with testing and documentation, manage access requests, and help ensure stable UKG integrations.

Strong communication and independent work style are essential. The role emphasizes collaboration with HRIS, FCM, and HCM processes, and requires experience with ServiceNow tickets and identity

Qualifications

• Experience supporting UKG Pro Workforce Management (UKG Pro WFM)
• Knowledge of Time & Attendance and Scheduling functionality
• Understanding of HCM and FCM processes
• Experience monitoring, identifying, and reporting application issues
• ServiceNow ticket and incident management experience
• Experience creating and maintaining knowledge base documentation
• Familiarity with UKG integrations and application sustainment activities
• Experience supporting user access requests through SailPoint or similar identity management tools
• Ability to assist with testing, validation, and change documentation
• Working knowledge of Advanced Scheduling and Absence Management
• Familiarity with Hyperfinds, Dataviews, Notifications, Transaction Assistant, and CRT functionality
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage assigned tasks with minimal supervision
• Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation

Responsibilities

• Support UKG Pro WFM maintenance and administration
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and report UKG issues
• Assist with sustainment activities and testing
• Manage access requests and document changes
• Maintain knowledge base documentation
• Collaborate on testing, validation, and release impacts
• Support on-call rotations and incident resolution
