Qualifications

• Experience supporting UKG Pro Workforce Management (UKG Pro WFM).
• Knowledge of Time & Attendance and Scheduling functionality.
• Understanding of HCM and FCM processes.
• Experience monitoring, identifying, and reporting application issues.
• ServiceNow ticket and incident management experience.
• Experience creating and maintaining knowledge base documentation.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and report UKG issues and integrations.
• Support sustainment activities for UKG Pro WFM.
• Assist with testing and documentation.
• Manage access requests and identity governance tasks.
• Support on-call rotation and incident resolution.
