Job summary

Flashpoint is seeking an Enterprise Account Director to drive net-new growth across the UK from remote anywhere in the UK. You will own end-to-end deals with security, fraud, and risk leaders, coordinating BDRs, solution architects, and analysts to close multi-year contracts.

You will manage a UK territory, build targeted plans, run outbound strategies, and lead discovery, demos, and value proofs aligned to CTI, vulnerability management, fraud, and physical security.

Qualifications

• Track record of owning net-new enterprise deals in the UK from opportunity creation to close.
• Experience selling to CISOs, security leaders, and risk managers in FTSE 350 or Global 2000 organisations.
• Familiar with MEDDICC and maintaining accurate CRM forecasts.
• Ability to coordinate with BDRs, Solution Architects and analysts to close multi-year deals.

Responsibilities

• Own a UK net-new territory end to end, from first meeting to signature.
• Build and run a target account plan across UK financial services, insurance, retail, telecoms, manufacturing and healthcare.
• Lead discovery, demos, and proofs of value with cross-functional teams.
• Structure and close multi-year deals with large ACVs, coordinating partners and legal.
• Maintain a trusted forecast and ensure CRM reflects deal activity.
