Flashpoint is seeking a Sales Director to own net-new growth in New England, selling security solutions to enterprise buyers. You will build pipeline, run multi-stakeholder deals, and coordinate with BDRs, Solutions Architects, and intelligence analysts to close complex enterprise deals.

You will manage end-to-end territory, negotiate with procurement and legal, and ensure accurate CRM forecasting. A track record of closing ACVs from $100K to $1M+ and experience selling to CISOs and security

Qualificações

• Proven track record closing net-new enterprise deals with ACVs from $100K to $1M+.
• Experience selling to CISOs and security leaders in Fortune 1000/Global 2000.
• Experience using MEDDICC and maintaining CRM discipline.
• Ability to cover New England in person with regional travel.
• Negotiating complex software contracts with procurement and legal teams.

Responsabilidades

• Own net-new New England territory end to end from account selection to signature.
• Build and run a target account plan across the region's sectors.
• Lead discovery, demos, and proofs of value with advisory and solutions teams.
• Structure and close multi-year deals with ACVs from $100K to $1M+.
• Maintain a forecast that leadership can trust and keep CRM up to date.
