Zscaler in London is seeking a Regional Director to lead our UK Enterprise Sales team, guiding six Account Executives and reporting to the RVP Sales. This hybrid role anchors strategic development with hands-on execution in a dynamic security market.

You will recruit and develop top talent, forecast pipelines monthly and quarterly, and partner with Product Marketing, Product Management and Demand Generation to close net-new logos while keeping a customer-obsessed, DEI-forward approach.

Qualifications

• Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and application to improve outcomes.
• 4+ years leading software/security sales teams.
• Proven track record of over-achieving targets in enterprise accounts in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, and develop sales talent while fostering DEI.
• Solve customer pain points with Zscaler value proposition.
• Forecast business monthly, quarterly, and yearly and develop reps' plans.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Product Management, Demand Gen.
• Act as executive sponsor for key partners to create joint plans and drive opportunities to closure.
