Job summary

Skydio Inc. is seeking a Technical Support specialist to join a small, expert team delivering UAS system and Cloud operational best practices.

You will troubleshoot private Cloud configurations, REST integrations, and enterprise network issues spanning WiFi, cellular, and VPNs, with occasional on‑site customer visits. You will work remotely in the United States, collaborating across engineering, product and training teams to reduce escalations and improve the customer experience.

Qualifications

• 4+ years configuring enterprise Cloud infra including cellular/wireless/ethernet networks.
• Experience with private Cloud (Ubuntu/AWS) and REST integrations.
• Experience with public safety information systems is a plus.
• Ability to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Identify flight‑related data flow breakdowns and provide mitigation recommendations to high‑uptime customers.
• Own post‑deployment private Cloud configuration and operational troubleshooting for high privacy needs.
• Triage and resolve Cloud–Cloud integration, desktop performance, and data flow issues with cross‑functional teams.
• Provide technical knowledge support to training/content teams to improve customer self‑help.
• Develop triage/resolution techniques to reduce engineering escalations.
• Collaborate with support leaders and Eng/Product teams to improve customer experience.
• Troubleshoot UAS C2 and Cloud networking issues using Internet protocols, cellular modems and wireless radios.
