Job summary

Skydio is seeking a highly motivated Field Support Representative to provide onsite and remote technical and logistics support for Federal and enterprise customers. You will own customer relationships in the field and collaborate with Program Management, Product, Support, and Engineering to manage feedback, enablement, and maintenance workflows.

The role emphasizes travel up to 80% globally, strong troubleshooting skills, and experience with UAS operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience as a Field Support Representative operating on, repairing and maintaining UAS for large clients.

Responsibilities

• Become an expert on Skydio products, processes, specifications, and product roadmap.
• Develop field support processes that define and accelerate escalation and debugging workflows.
• Reduce the number of technical escalations into engineering groups by developing triage and resolution techniques.
• Provide on-the-job training to customers in maintenance and operation techniques for UAS.
• Develop or improve written inspection procedures, drawings and instructions for fleet inspection and maintenance.
• Provide on-site company representation and technical support to customers and initiate corrective actions for maintenance, repair and replacement issues.
