Job summary

Busey Bank is seeking a Treasury Management Portfolio Manager to grow fee income, deposits and product penetration within an existing client portfolio. You will drive cross-sell activity, coordinate with partners, and manage client reviews and TM implementations for small business clients.

The role requires solid Treasury Management knowledge, sales ability and strong communication. You will collaborate across departments, prepare pricing and proposals, and maintain CRM records to ensure timely,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with emphasis on Finance or Business.
• 3+ years banking experience; Treasury Management or payment technology sales preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage existing Treasury Management clients to drive fee income, deposits and product penetration.
• Cross-sell TM services and coordinate with line-of-business partners to pursue referrals.
• Prepare pricing/profitability models, proposals and client reviews for TM services.
