Job summary

First United Bank seeks a Treasury Management Officer to drive deposit growth and fee income by developing new business relationships and expanding existing ones. You will sell TM solutions with a consultative approach, while staying current on products, policies, and pricing to ensure customer satisfaction and profitability.

Travel between branches is frequent; strong collaboration with onboarding and loan teams is essential, along with CRM pipeline management and compliance adherence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Three years banking experience required.
• Two years TM Services experience in any capacity.
• Knowledge of financial institution policies and Treasury Management.
• Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Generates leads from referrals and prospect lists.
• Meets with prospective Treasury Management customers to develop relationships.
• Partner with Onboarding Specialist to finalize product agreements and setup forms.
• Prepares proposals and comparisons for clients.
• Maintains CRM to track activity and pipeline.
• Attends sales meetings and fosters customer relationships.
• Promotes TM services to bank personnel and community leaders.
• Ensures compliance exams are completed annually.
