Busey Bank seeks a Treasury Management Portfolio Manager to grow and manage a portfolio of TM clients in the Bloomington area. You will drive treasury and card fee income, deposits and product penetration while coordinating referrals and implementing TM services.

You will lead client meetings, prepare pricing models and proposals, and collaborate with internal partners to ensure successful TM deployments and robust client satisfaction.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business or related field.
• 3+ years banking experience; Treasury Management experience and/or payment technology sales preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic banking platforms.

• Manage and cross-sell into an existing portfolio of Treasury Management clients to drive revenue and product adoption.
• Schedule and lead client meetings, including annual reviews and upsell opportunities.
• Prepare pricing, profitability models, proposals and presentations for TM services.
