Job summary

Aduro Advisors is seeking a Treasury Associate to support day-to-day treasury operations for venture capital and private equity clients. You will process wires and payments, maintain records, and collaborate with Treasury and Fund Accounting teams from home across the US.

The role emphasizes accuracy, proactive problem-solving, and client service. A 1–2 year background in treasury/finance and a Finance-related bachelor's degree are preferred. Remote work nationwide.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of treasury operations, finance, or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business or equivalent experience.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, resourceful, and client-service oriented.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily treasury operations for clients, including wires and ACH processing.
• Execute payment instructions with proper documentation and records.
• Identify and elevate service issues or discrepancies to Treasury leadership.
• Adhere to treasury policies and regulatory requirements.
• Utilize treasury management systems and banking portals for daily tasks.
• Support reconciliation and prepare basic treasury reports as needed.
• Coordinate with fund accounting and other teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Suggest minor process improvements to increase efficiency.
• Support ad hoc treasury projects as needed.
