Job summary

Aduro Advisors is seeking a Treasury Associate to support day‑to‑day treasury operations for Venture Capital and Private Equity clients. You will process wires and payments, maintain records, and help ensure compliance with internal controls and regulations.

The role offers a fully remote work arrangement across the United States with eligibility in multiple states and a clear path to grow treasury skills within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 1–2 years of treasury operations, finance, or related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process wires, ACHs, and other payment types accurately and timely.
• Execute payment instructions with proper documentation and records.
• Identify and elevate client service or operational issues to the Treasury Manager.
• Ensure compliance with treasury policies and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with treasury management systems and banking portals for daily tasks.
• Support reconciliation activities and prepare basic treasury reports as needed.
• Collaborate with fund accounting teams to process client cash transactions.
• Suggest minor process improvements to increase efficiency.
