Aduro Advisors is seeking a Treasury Associate to support day-to-day treasury operations for venture capital and private equity clients. You will process wires, ACH payments, and other instructions with accuracy, under the guidance of the Treasury Manager.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, analytical thinking, and strong client service across a fast-paced environment. This remote position supports US clients from multiple states.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in treasury operations, finance, or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Resourceful and detail-oriented; client service mindset.

Responsabilités

• Assist daily treasury operations for clients, including timely processing of wires, ACH, and other payments.
• Execute payment instructions with proper documentation and record-keeping.
• Identify and elevate potential client service issues or operational discrepancies.
• Adhere to treasury policies and regulatory requirements.
• Utilize treasury management systems and banking portals for daily tasks.
• Support reconciliation activities and prepare basic treasury reports.
• Collaborate with fund accounting teams on client cash transactions.
• Work with Accounting and People Ops to ensure seamless operations.
• Suggest opportunities for minor process improvements.
• Support ad hoc treasury projects as needed.
