Job summary

Aduro Advisors is seeking a Treasury Associate to join our growing treasury team. You will support daily treasury operations, process wires and payments, and help maintain accurate records and client service excellence.

The role offers a remote work arrangement across the United States and requires 1–2 years in treasury or related fields along with a finance/business degree. Collaboration with Fund Accounting and People Ops is essential to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in treasury operations, finance, or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field – or additional related experience.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Familiar with software systems including Treasury Management systems, banking portals, G‑suite, Microsoft Office, Box, Slack.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily treasury operations, including accurate processing of wires, ACH payments, and other payment types.
• Execute payment instructions and ensure proper documentation and record‑keeping.
• Identify and elevate potential client service issues or operational discrepancies to the Treasury Manager or Head of Treasury.
• Support adherence to treasury policies and regulatory requirements.
• Utilize treasury management systems and banking portals for daily tasks.
• Support reconciliation activities and prepare basic treasury reports as needed.
• Collaborate with fund accounting teams on processing client cash transactions and support internal teams with a client service mindset.
