Job summary

Aduro Advisors is seeking a focused Treasury Associate to support daily treasury operations for our venture capital and private equity clients. You will process wires, ACH payments, and other transactions while maintaining documentation and internal controls.

Reporting to the Treasury Manager, you will gain hands-on experience, contribute to process improvements, and collaborate with fund accounting, accounting, and people ops teams across the US as a remote team member.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of treasury operations or related field experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field or equivalent work experience.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily treasury operations for clients, including accurate processing of wires, ACH payments, and other payment types.
• Execute payment instructions with proper documentation and record-keeping.
• Identify and escalate potential client service issues or operational discrepancies to Treasury Manager or Head of Treasury.
• Support adherence to treasury policies and regulatory requirements.
• Utilize treasury management systems and banking portals for daily tasks.
• Support reconciliation activities and basic treasury reporting.
• Collaborate with fund accounting teams on client cash transactions and maintain a client-service mindset.
• Identify opportunities for minor process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Assist with ad hoc projects for Treasury Manager and Head of Treasury.
