Job summary

Aduro Advisors is seeking a Treasury Associate to join our growing team supporting venture capital and private equity clients. You will help process wires, ACHs, and other payments while ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

Reporting to the Treasury Manager, you will gain hands-on experience in treasury operations, document control, and cross-functional collaboration with Accounting and People Ops, all within a flexible remote work setup across the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in treasury operations, finance, or related field.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist daily treasury operations for clients, including processing wires and ACH payments.
• Execute payment instructions with proper documentation and record-keeping.
• Identify and escalate client service issues or operational discrepancies to Treasury Manager or Head of Treasury.
• Support adherence to treasury policies and regulatory requirements.
• Help with treasury management systems and banking portals for daily tasks.
• Assist with reconciliation activities and basic treasury reporting.
• Collaborate with fund accounting to process client cash transactions.
• Suggest minor process improvements to improve efficiency.
• Support Treasury Manager and Head of Treasury on ad hoc projects.
