Job summary

Aduro Advisors is seeking a Treasury Associate to support day-to-day treasury operations for Venture Capital & Private Equity fund clients. You will process wires and other payments, document transactions, and collaborate with Treasury Manager and Head of Treasury to maintain compliant controls.

This remote, US-wide role offers hands-on training, opportunities to grow treasury skills, and a collaborative, client-service focused culture.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of treasury operations experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Resourceful, driven with attention to detail
• Familiarity with Treasury Management systems, banking portals
• Proficient in G Suite and Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Process wires, ACH payments, and other client payments.
• Execute payment instructions with proper documentation.
• Identify service issues and report to Treasury Manager.
• Ensure compliance with treasury policies and regulatory requirements.
• Use treasury management systems and banking portals for daily tasks.
• Support reconciliation activities and basic treasury reporting.
• Collaborate with fund accounting on cash transactions.
• Coordinate with Accounting and People Ops for seamless operations.
• Suggest minor process improvements to boost efficiency.
• Assist with ad hoc treasury projects as needed.
