Job summary

Carrington Mortgage Holdings is seeking an Advance Reporting and Facilities Manager to oversee reconciling and reporting of advance activity for the servicing portfolio. The role supports corporate initiatives and compliance with investor and regulatory guidelines. Target pay is $110k-$140k plus an annual bonus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics or related field.
• 3+ years of Mortgage Servicing or lending finance experience.
• 3+ years of mortgage servicing software experience.
• Strong Access and/or SQL skills.
• Experience supervising or leading staff preferred.
• Strong knowledge of reconciliation and reporting for private label, GNMA, FHLMC and FNMA.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hiring, training, and performance management.
• Develop policies for compliance with investor/regulatory requirements.
• Review department reports for accuracy.
• Design and implement new business reporting as needed.
• Identify processes to streamline and improve procedures.
• Review and approve reconciliation of cash and non-cash recovery activity.
