Job summary

Carrington Mortgage Holdings is seeking an Advance Reporting and Facilities Manager to oversee reconciliation and reporting of servicing portfolio activity. Remote from home in the US, the role supports corporate initiatives and investor guidelines, with target pay of $110k–$140k plus annual bonus.

The position requires 3+ years in mortgage servicing or lending finance, strong SQL/Access skills, leadership experience, and knowledge of GNMA, FHLMC, FNMA reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of Mortgage Servicing or lending finance experience.
• 3+ years of mortgage servicing software experience preferred.
• Strong Access and/or SQL skills.
• Experience supervising or leading a staff preferred.
• Strong knowledge of conventional and government reconciliation and reporting (private label, GNMA, FHLMC and FNMA).

Responsibilities

• Manage the team in accordance with policies and laws, including hiring and training staff and directing work.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures for investor/regulatory compliance.
• Quality review of department reports for accuracy.
• Design, build and implement new reporting as needed.
• Identify processes to streamline and improve operations.
• Review monthly reconciliations by Analysts for compliance with investor and company guidelines.
• Review and approve reconcilations of cash and non-cash recovery activity.
• Process advance facility funding and repayment requests for complex customers.
• Serve as point of contact for internal and external requests regarding servicing advance facilities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
