Zusammenfassung

Carrington Mortgage Holdings is seeking an Advance Reporting and Facilities Manager who will oversee reconciling and reporting of servicing portfolio activity, model analyses, and facility actions in support of corporate initiatives. The role requires strong financial analysis, policy development, and leadership in mortgage servicing operations.

The position emphasizes compliance with investor guidelines and state/federal laws, with a target pay of $110k-$140k plus annual bonus.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics or related field or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of Mortgage Servicing or lending finance experience required.
• Previous Advance Facility experience preferred.
• 3+ years of mortgage servicing software experience preferred.
• Strong Access and/or SQL skills
• Previous experience supervising or leading a staff preferred.
• Strong knowledge of conventional and government reconciliation and reporting (private label, GNMA, FHLMC and FNMA).

Aufgaben

• Lead and manage team in accordance with policies, procedures and laws, including hiring, training, directing work, and performance management.
• Develop and implement Policies and Procedures to meet investor/regulatory requirements.
• Perform quality review on department reports for accuracy.
• Design and implement new reporting as needed.
• Identify areas to streamline processes and improve procedures.
• Review month-end reconciliations prepared by Analysts for completeness and compliance.
• Review and approve cash and non-cash recovery activity reconciliations (PI, Corporate, Escrow).
• Process advance facility funding and repayment requests for complex customers.
• Serve as point of contact for internal and external requests regarding Servicing advance facilities.
