Job summary

Carrington Mortgage Holdings is seeking an Advance Reporting and Facilities Manager to lead the reconciling and reporting of servicing portfolio advances from a remote home office. The role supports corporate initiatives and makes facility recommendations within investor and regulatory guidelines.

The target pay is $110k - $140k plus Annual Bonus. Ideal candidates will have mortgage servicing finance experience, facility reporting expertise, and leadership skills to supervise staff and deliver

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in finance, accounting, economics or related field.
• 3+ years of Mortgage Servicing or lending finance experience.
• Previous Advance Facility experience preferred.
• 3+ years of mortgage servicing software experience preferred.
• Strong Access and/or SQL skills.
• Previous experience supervising or leading a staff preferred.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of conventional and government reconciliation and reporting (private label, GNMA, FHLMC and FNMA).

Responsibilities

• Carry out management responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies, procedures, and applicable laws.
• Develop and implement Policies and Procedures for compliance with investor/regulatory requirements.
• Conduct a quality review on department reports to ensure accuracy.
• Obtain business reporting needs and design, build, and implement new reporting as needed.
• Identify areas to streamline processes and procedures.
• Review account reconciliation prepared by analysts for completeness and compliance.
• Review and approve reconciliation of cash and non-cash recovery activity of PI, Corporate, and Escrow advances.
• Prepare and/or process advance facility funding and repay requests for complex customers.
• Act as a point of contact for internal and external requests regarding Servicing advance facilities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
