Job summary

Carrington Mortgage Holdings is hiring for an Advance Reporting and Facilities Manager to oversee reconciling and reporting of servicing advance activity. The role includes modeling, analysis, and recommendations for servicing facilities, with policy compliance across investor and regulatory standards.

The position offers a target pay of $110k-$140k plus annual bonus and enables remote work from home. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in mortgage servicing or lending finance, strong SQL skills, and

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Mortgage Servicing or lending finance experience required.
• Strong Access and/or SQL skills.
• Previous Advance Facility experience preferred.
• 3+ years of mortgage servicing software experience preferred.
• Previous experience supervising or leading a staff preferred.
• Strong knowledge of conventional and government reconciliation and reporting (GNMA, FNMA, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Manage staff in accordance with policies, including hiring, training, and performance monitoring.
• Develop and implement Policies and Procedures for regulatory compliance.
• Conduct quality reviews on department reports for accuracy.
• Design, build, and implement new reporting as needed.
• Identify process improvements and streamline procedures.
• Review monthly reconciliations for completeness and compliance.
• Review and approve reconciliation of cash and non-cash recovery activity.
• Prepare advance facility funding and repay requests for complex customers.
• Serve as a primary contact for internal and external Servicing advance facilities.
