Job summary

Carrington Mortgage Holdings is seeking an Advance Reporting and Facilities Manager to oversee reconciling and reporting of servicing advances, support investor guidelines, and drive process improvements. The role emphasizes analytics, modeling, and compliance, with a target pay range of $110k–$140k plus annual bonus and a remote-first work model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics or related field.
• 3+ years of Mortgage Servicing or lending finance experience.
• 3+ years of mortgage servicing software experience.
• Strong Access and/or SQL skills.
• Experience supervising or leading staff preferred.
• Knowledge of conventional and government reconciliation and reporting (private label, GNMA, FHLMC and FNMA).

Responsibilities

• Manage staff, hire/train, plan and assign work; monitor performance and address issues.
• Develop and implement Policies and Procedures for compliance with investor/regulatory requirements.
• Quality review of department reports to ensure accuracy.
• Obtain business reporting needs and design, build, and implement new reporting.
• Identify areas to streamline, improve, and implement processes.
• Review month-end reconciliations for accuracy and compliance.
• Review and approve reconciliation of cash and non-cash recovery activity.
• Process advance facility funding and repayment requests for complex customers.
• Serve as a point of contact for internal/external requests regarding Servicing advance facilities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
