Consultwithtray is hiring a Travel Support Specialist to guide clients through the full travel journey—from booking to post-trip follow-up. This fully remote role lets you set flexible hours while delivering high-quality service to clients across the United States.

You will manage reservations, handle changes, cancellations, and special requests, communicate via email, phone, and online platforms, and maintain meticulous records to ensure seamless trips.

Qualifications

• Customer service or travel industry experience is a plus.
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote setting.
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and deadline-focused.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support clients from initial booking through post-travel follow-up
• Process reservations, changes, cancellations, and special requests
• Communicate professionally via email, phone, and online platforms
• Research travel options and destinations based on client preferences
• Maintain accurate, organized records of all bookings and client information
• Provide proactive check-ins to ensure client satisfaction
• Use systems and tools to coordinate multiple trips seamlessly
