This fully remote role involves managing reservations, handling client communications, and ensuring every detail is perfect from your home office.

Responsibilities

• Support clients from initial booking through post-travel follow-up.
• Process reservations, changes, cancellations, and special requests.
• Communicate professionally via email, phone, and online platforms.
• Research travel options and destinations based on client preferences.
• Maintain accurate, organized records of all bookings and client information.
• Provide proactive check-ins to ensure client satisfaction.
• Use systems and tools to coordinate multiple trips seamlessly.
