Consultwithtray is seeking a Travel Support Specialist to guide clients through booking, travel options, and post-trip follow-up from a fully remote workspace. You’ll manage reservations, respond to inquiries, and ensure every detail is handled with care.

Ideal candidates are organized, customer-focused, and comfortable learning new booking platforms. The role offers flexible hours (20–40+ per week), mentorship, and strong growth potential within a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Guide clients from initial booking through post-travel follow-up
• Process reservations, changes, cancellations, and special requests
• Communicate professionally via email, phone, and online platforms
• Research travel options based on client preferences
• Maintain accurate records of bookings and client information
• Provide proactive check-ins to ensure satisfaction
• Coordinate multiple trips using booking systems
