Elite Escapes seeks a Work from Home Travel Specialist (Sales-Focused) to design custom trips and close bookings by pairing destination expertise with a consultative sales approach. You will guide clients from initial questions to confirmed reservations for solo escapes, group trips, weddings, or family travel.

Responsibilities include crafting tailored itineraries, presenting options, and handling payments, changes, and post-trip follow-ups. Training provided; fully remote option available.

Qualificações

• Strong communication and people skills; comfortable leading conversations, handling objections, and guiding clients to a decision.
• Ability to juggle multiple quotes, itineraries, and bookings without dropping details.
• Fast learner when it comes to new tools — CRMs, booking engines, analytics dashboards, and collaboration platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Craft personalized travel plans: flights, stays, tours, cruises, and packages built around each client's budget, style, and must-haves.
• Connect with clients to uncover their ideal trip, present tailored options, and confidently close the sale.
• Resolve questions and concerns promptly and professionally (payments, date changes, room upgrades, add-ons, etc.).
• Add value with insider knowledge: hidden gems, top photo spots, local experiences, and timely deals that make each trip special.
• Stay with clients from start to finish — pre-trip planning and payment coordination, on-trip support, and post-trip follow-ups and reviews.
