Consultwithtray is expanding its remote travel coordination team. We are seeking detail-oriented professionals to assist with itinerary coordination and client reservations in a fully remote environment.

You will support clients in planning and booking travel arrangements while receiving structured onboarding and ongoing team support. Excellent communication, independence, and comfort with online tools are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and professional.
• Self-motivated, organized and able to work independently.
• Proficient with computers, email and online tools.
• Experience in travel, hospitality, sales, or customer service is beneficial but not required.

Responsabilités

• Assist with booking flights, hotels, cruises, and holiday packages.
• Communicate professionally via email, phone and chat.
• Research destinations and travel options to fit client needs and budget.
• Prepare itineraries and quotes for clients.
• Resolve booking questions quickly and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate client details and records.
• Attend optional virtual training and stay updated on travel trends.
