Consultwithtray is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Remote Itinerary Specialist to coordinate travel plans, manage reservations, and ensure each client’s itinerary is accurate and ready for departure.

This fully remote role offers onboarding and ongoing training, access to established workflows, and a supportive team environment as you deliver exceptional service to clients while working independently from home.

• Communicate with clients to gather travel preferences and provide itinerary updates.
• Research destinations, accommodations, and travel options based on client needs.
• Monitor reservation changes, travel schedules, and outstanding booking items.
• Maintain organized digital records and client documentation.
