Consultwithtray is seeking a Travel Support Specialist to guide clients through bookings and post-trip follow-up, all from a fully remote workspace. You will manage reservations, respond to client communications, and ensure every detail is perfect, while maintaining organized records and proactive client check-ins.

• Maintain accurate, organized records of all bookings and client information.
• Provide proactive check-ins to ensure client satisfaction.
• Use systems and tools to coordinate multiple trips seamlessly.
• Handle inquiries and resolve issues quickly and professionally.
