• Coordinate booking details with travel suppliers and service providers.
• Respond to client questions via phone, email, and online communication.
• Maintain organized and accurate reservation records.
• Assist with reservation changes, updates, and special requests.
• Follow up with clients before and after bookings as needed.
• Provide professional and responsive customer service throughout the reservation process.
