Job summary

Southern Bridge Group is seeking motivated, organized, and customer-focused individuals to join our growing team as Customer Services Coordinators. This remote role is ideal for people who enjoy helping others, researching options, communicating with customers, and coordinating memorable experiences.

You will research and compare travel options, manage reservations, communicate policies and updates, and build lasting relationships with clients.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple requests.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely.
• Must be 18+ and reside in an eligible U.S. state.
• Basic computer and internet skills.
• Willingness to complete required training.
• Previous customer service/hospitality/reservations experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with researching and comparing travel options.
• Provide professional customer service throughout planning and reservation process.
• Coordinate reservations and maintain accurate customer information.
• Communicate important details, policies, deadlines, and updates.
• Respond to questions via phone, email, text, or online.
• Follow up with customers before and after reservations.
• Maintain organized records and documentation.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
• Build strong customer relationships that encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Stay informed about destinations, suppliers, promotions, and industry updates.
