Job summary

Southernbridgegroup is seeking motivated, organized, and customer-focused individuals to join our growing team as Customer Services Coordinators. This fully remote role is ideal for people who enjoy helping others, researching options, and coordinating memorable experiences for travelers.

You will assist customers in researching travel options, coordinate reservations, and communicate important details across phone, email, and online platforms.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must reside in an eligible U.S. state.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, reservations, sales, or administrative roles is helpful but not required.
• Willingness to complete required training.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in researching and comparing travel options (destinations, accommodations, cruises, resorts).
• Provide professional customer service throughout the planning and reservation process.
• Coordinate reservations and maintain accurate customer information.
• Communicate reservation details, policies, deadlines, and updates to customers.
• Respond to customer questions via phone, email, text, or online platforms.
• Follow up with customers before and after reservations are completed.
• Maintain organized records and documentation.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
• Build strong customer relationships that encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Stay informed about destinations, suppliers, promotions, and industry updates.
