Responsibilities

• Explore destinations and identify experiences that match client requests.
• Research accommodations, cruises, transportation, excursions, tours, and packages.
• Present suitable choices based on preferences, dates, and spending range.
• Provide helpful information about amenities, inclusions, and available offers.
• Assist with coordinating chosen services through approved supplier platforms.
• Organize confirmations, schedules, and essential trip information.
• Monitor payment dates, required documentation, and other planning deadlines.
• Stay in contact with clients and provide timely updates.
• Review reservation information to ensure details are correct.
• Support routine adjustments and client questions when needed.
• Maintain accurate records of client communications and arrangements.
