Hopesglobalgetaways is expanding its remote Travel Customer Support Advisors team. You will help clients plan and organize trips, coordinate reservations, and keep information accurate and up-to-date throughout the process.

This role suits dependable, organized individuals who enjoy helping others and prefer a work-from-home setup. No travel-industry experience is required—comprehensive training and ongoing support are provided.

Formación

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities independently in a remote setting.
• Proficient with email and online platforms.
• Reliable internet connection and professional communication habits.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work within the United States, United Kingdom, Mexico, Australia, or Spain, and other regions.

Responsabilidades

• Understand client travel plans, preferences, and budget needs.
• Create and organize complete travel itineraries.
• Research travel options including hotels, flights, cruises, and tours.
• Check availability and coordinate bookings in supplier systems.
• Provide timely updates on reservations and itinerary progress.
• Communicate with clients via phone, email, and messaging.
• Assist with booking changes and itinerary updates.
• Maintain accurate client information in internal systems.
• Stay current on promotions, supplier updates, and destinations.
• Participate in onboarding, training, and continual learning.
