You will research options, coordinate services, and provide responsive support from initial inquiry through final confirmation, using approved booking systems.

No prior travel industry experience is required; training is provided, and this flexible role suits detail-oriented, organized individuals who enjoy researching destinations.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present suitable options based on client needs.
• Assist with reservation coordination through booking systems and supplier platforms.
• Review traveler information for accuracy and deadlines.
• Provide timely updates and important information regarding arrangements.
• Respond to questions and assist with routine modifications.
• Maintain accurate and organized client records.
• Continue learning about destinations and supplier promotions.
