Hope's Global Getaways is a remote travel planning company helping clients plan destination weddings, honeymoons, cruises, and luxury getaways. We are seeking dependable, customer-focused individuals to join our remote team as Customer Support Travel Advisor, combining client service, vacation research, and reservation coordination to match preferences, schedules, and budgets.

You will work directly with clients to understand their vacation needs, research suitable options, assist with booking

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication is essential.
• Customer-focused and comfortable assisting clients.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to research information and compare multiple options.
• Comfortable using computers, online platforms, and email.

Responsibilities

• Connect with clients to understand destination interests, budgets, dates.
• Research and compare hotels, resorts, cruises, transportation, tours.
• Present relevant recommendations based on client requests.
• Assist with coordinating reservations through supplier platforms.
• Review confirmations and traveler information for accuracy.
• Respond to client questions and provide timely updates.
• Assist with routine booking modifications and service requests.
• Maintain organized client records and documentation.
